與酒莊同名的CEPA 21採用平均20年的老藤葡萄,陳放於全新法國橡木桶與美國橡木桶共14個月。此同名紅酒完全體現CEPA 21酒莊的創立精神。
使用100% Templanillo,15-25歲老藤,放置於全新法國橡木桶與美國橡木桶共14個月,濃郁的黑櫻桃、草莓、 黑巧克力、烘烤氣息,及些許薰衣草氣味。中等酒體,丹寧成熟圓潤,漂亮酸度。尾韻富活力並帶有蔓越莓及草莓氣息。

The 2009 Cepa 21 is from 15- to 25-year-old vines and aged in new French and American oak for 14 months. It has a very impressive bouquet with dark red fruit, wild strawberry, hints of dark chocolate and again, just a distant scent of lavender. The palate is medium-bodied with succulent ripe tannins, crisp acidity and a very well-defined, vibrant finish with cranberry and wild strawberry that is very satisfying. Bon vin! Drink now-2015.

There's a lovely balance of ripe fruit and fresh acidity in this alluring red. Berry, cherry and currant flavors have intensity, but stay lively, even with toasty vanilla notes that sail through the finish. Exuberant. Drink now through 2016. 500 cases imported. –TM
